The Law Office of Louis S. Haskell is dedicated to the representation of people who for one reason or another find themselves in financial distress. We are committed to demystifying the Bankruptcy process, and guiding our clients through it with as little stress to them as possible. Bankruptcy need not be a frightening process.
We understand that many things can go wrong in a person's financial life. We understand that the banks and other creditors are often uncaring, and seem to be irrational many times. We understand that debt collectors can be some of the rudest people on earth (and are paid to be that way).
We understand that nonbankruptcy law is very unfavorable to people in debt. We understand that very often, there are no good alternatives to Bankruptcy, which is the primary protection in our legal system for people whose debts have become unmanageable.
We understand that when people come into our office they are seeking a comfortable, caring environment in which they can unburden themselves from their financial difficulties, and have it dealt with fully, finally, competently and completely.
